Part manifesto, part love letter to the past and the future, A Trip To Limerence is a turbo charged queer spiritual odyssey into time and space, told through the eyes of Quinton Crisp, England’s stately homo, played by Sydney’s legendary Queer icon – Paul Capsis.
With queer culture on the verge of assimilating into the mores of homo-normativity, Crisp’s avatar Loquacious, revisits Earth via a spirit medium, with an important message to share – to practice radical self-acceptance and continue to fight for queer love and Self-expression.
Part new-age spiritual enema, and bent future queer survival guide, A Trip To Limerence journeys deep into the bodies hormonal makeup and targets toxic limiting beliefs such as queer shame and Internalised homophobia. Instead, using the healing superpowers of meditation, mindfulness and music to extract the chemicals of love, self-acceptance and joyfulness.
