Phoenix Rising Mens Retreat – Sydney – 3-5 July (SOLD OUT)
July 3 @ 4:00 pm - July 5 @ 2:00 pm$495 – $695
The Phoenix symbolises renewal and resurrection, so as we all start to awaken and stir from ‘The Great Pause’ what better time to brush off the cobwebs of isolation and come to country for a weekend of connection to yourself, other men and to nature.
The program includes yoga, meditation, rituals, mindful self touch classes, an amazing bush walk to secret cave paintings and a full moon fire ceremony. Optional remedial massages can be booked and at the end of the day you can have a deep soaking and replenishing in our hydrotherapy spa.

There will be plenty of space in our hall and shared spaces to maintain social distancing whilst enjoying social interaction. Our massive hydrotherapy spa also enables safe use whilst maintaining appropriate distance. Different accommodation options allow for different budgets. This retreat will be clothing optional.
