Touching The Heart Retreat – Sydney November 2019
November 22 @ 2:00 pm - November 24 @ 4:00 pm
For Men Who Desire a Deeper Connection.
NAKEDMAN runs the ‘Touching the Heart’ retreat. This retreat is for all men who enjoy sex and intimacy with other men. It is an opportunity to continue exploring the relationship with yourself and others, moving deeper into sexual and intimate freedom, through an increased connection with your heart, body, mind and spirit.
Over the three days and two nights we will discover ways in which we connect to our hearts and the hearts of others. Using different mediums of mindful touch, erotic ritual, authentic dialogue, the five pillars of erotic work, plant medicine and experiential play.
This retreat will move you closer into your erotic self, exploring core themes in your life and guiding you to play the instrument of your own body. In this powerful meeting of men, we will then bring these instruments together.
After completing this retreat you shall have a deeper experience of:
- Working with sexual, intimate and sensual touch and energy.
- Using the five pillars of awareness, touch, breath, movement and sound to harness erotic sensation throughout the body and increase your capacity for pleasure.
- Learn to create and respect agreements that hold boundaries, consent and safety.
- Bringing into consciousness your core themes.
- The playfulness within your innocent self.
- The power and healing of vulnerability in authentic connection.
- A safe and caring space to develop your personal power as a man.
- Feeling deeply relaxed and nourished.
This retreat will primarily be unclothed. There can be full body touch and we will work in a large group, in pairs and individually. It is important that you are able to sit on the floor comfortably for extended periods of time with both hands free for touch sessions.
The retreat will be held on:
- Friday 25th (2pm) – Sunday 27th (4pm) November 2019
About Yanada Retreat Centre:
The retreat takes place in a beautiful country property set on 38 acres by the picturesque McDonald River and 2km outside the historic village of St Albans. It is 15 minutes from Wisemans Ferry and the Hawkesbury River and 90 minutes from Sydney CBD.
All bedrooms are shared, some with en-suite and all your bedding and towels are provided, so all you need to bring is yourself. All of your food will be provided with love and care, creating healthy, vegetarian, home cooked meals, using local produce wherever possible.
Yanada Retreat Centre is a special place that works harmoniously with the environment to provide a restful and safe space for groups and individuals to take time to focus and reflect. Sit on the cool verandahs, listen to the sound of bellbirds, watch the Kookaburras and Kangaroos and look out along the silvery McDonald River or over the fields and across the valley. Enjoy long walks through the beautiful bushland or just laze on one of the huge Balinese daybeds around the 15-meter swimming pool.
Our swimming pool is perfect for lap swimming or just chill out in the water seat, on the sunbeds or in the pavilion. It is a good distance from the house to ensure privacy with beautiful views over the valley.
