Hello queer readers
Thank you for all your support in 2022. Since hosting book club, I’ve realised how important it is to read and support queer writers who tell our stories. This year we read some fantastic books – for me the standouts were Fairyland by Sumner Locke-Elliot (transporting me back to a lost, innocent Sydney of the 1930s) and The Boy from the Mish by Gary Lonesborough (celebrating the power of community in the coming out story of an indigenous teen).

We will meet on the first Wednesday of the Month at a local hotel for dinner in Broadway to discuss the book of the month. Its an easy chilled evening and you certainly don’t need to be a literary buff.
Tickets for each month $5 become available one month before each club night.
