The Phoenix symbolises renewal and resurrection, so as we all start to awaken and stir from ‘The Great Pause’ what better time to brush off the cobwebs of isolation and come to country for a weekend of connection to yourself, other men and to nature.
The program includes Tantric Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Mindful Meditation Walks, Rituals and exploring the ‘Five Erotic Pillars’ of mindful self touch.
This retreat is limited to 20 men so everyone can can be comfortable. There will be plenty of space in our hall and shared spaces to maintain social distancing whilst enjoying social interaction. Some of the workshops on this retreat will be naked.

About the Facilitators:
Curt Mason is a qualified and experienced Sex Educator, Counsellor and Gestalt psychotherapist and Meditator with over 20 years experience of working in mental health. Curt has a private practice in Sydney and primarily work with gay and same sex attracted Cis and Trans men. Curt has extensive experience in working with sexuality, intimacy, relationships, anxiety and complex trauma.
Ross MacPherson is a Yoga teacher with over 10 years experience in yoga and mindfulness. He first discovered yoga at drama school as form of movement training and quickly fell in love with its benefits. Improvements in posture, breath and wellbeing inspired him to become a teacher in Vinyasa Flow, Yin and Meditation classes, which he teaches around Melbourne. His classes are fluid and dynamic. They involve moving mindfully to tune into the sensations of the body, whilst building strength, stability and postural integrity. Ross brings a warm and supportive energy to his classes and is passionate about providing playful and challenging sequences that transform the way you think, feel and move.
